Starting a family or welcoming another child into your family is a wonderful experience. Along with the joy of pregnancy, delivery and then coming home, there are bound to be times when you have questions about how to care for your baby and family.

We Are Here For Your Family

We are excited and honored that you are considering us for your child’s health care provider.

It is always special for us to be invited by new parents to join in the care of their child.

The amazement of watching a baby grow and develop into a wonderful child is one of the primary reasons why we all feel truly privileged to work in pediatrics.

First Appointment

A few weeks before delivery, call the office to let us know you are expecting. You may want to download and fill out our paperwork at that time. When the happy day arrives, let the hospital staff know that you have chosen Village Pediatrics as your pediatrician. 

Please Bring The Following To Your First Appointment:

  • Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records.
  • Any available insurance information (often only the parent’s insurance is available at the first visit).
  • Plenty of diapers and an extra set of clothes.
  • If possible complete the New Patient Forms
  •  prior to your visit to help make the appointment as smooth as possible.
