Dr. Marlene Roth's path as a pediatrician serving the Birmingham area, was profoundly shaped by her father, Dr. Herbert J. Roth MD, the founder of Village Pediatrics. Practicing pediatrics passionately for over 50 years until his retirement, Dr. Herbert's dedication to his work inspired Dr. Marlene to take the same path into pediatric care.

After joining the practice in 2010, Dr. Marlene quickly realized it was the best decision of her life. She deeply values her father's respected legacy and feels honored to continue it.

Since Dr. Herbert's retirement, our mission remains steadfast: to provide outstanding healthcare to our patients and their families, maintaining the dedication and compassion that has always defined Village Pediatrics. We are honored to care for second, third, and even fourth-generation patients while welcoming many new families.
